    IF you get very dry eyes, laughing all day long for no reason, overstimulation from Quercetin, Curcumin, Turmeric, Ginger, You may have a Slow MAO Gene like me. I have to avoid it along with lots of methylated protien due to Overmethylation. Willow bark seems to be better for me along with antinflamatory high dose Niacinamide, Benfotiamin, Fish oil and A good seeking health Multivitamin.

    I cook with curcumin and turmeric. And didn’t really know the health benefits of these. I only get low to moderate doses. Good gut health can also come from fermented vegetables ie such as sauerkraut and pickles. Just my opinion. Thanks for the video.

    Nice job!!! Great content and advice. As a celiac, diabetic, and long COVID pt, who continually deals with leaky gut issues, I find this content invaluable. Its scary iron lowering effects make me skeptical of using turmeric. It can also be detrimental to anyone who has digestive issues that is already having trouble absorbing nutrients since it might be chelating more iron from their bodies 🙏❤️

  • @sabincioflec8413
    @sabincioflec8413 8 часов назад

    Turmeric is a problem, curcumin is not. Turmeric, with the active ingredient curcumin, has a relatively high content of oxalate, estimated at 1969 mg oxalate per 100 grams of turmeric. Curcumin has good data that it chelates and/or blocks iron absorbtion. So depending on iron status it can be beneficial or detrimental.

    • @ColorCodedColonCures
      @ColorCodedColonCures 7 часов назад

      Yes very true it’s like a double edged sword ! I didn’t know curcumin chelates iron I thought it was just turmeric all together. I thought pure extracted curcumin supplements were better to take 🤔 I guess not 🙏

    I have *greatly* improved my BMs recently, switching to a high protein diet had me straining pretty badly on the toilet but I knew that diet was not the root cause. Basically it came down to fasting and walking- two things that are completely free! You just have to dedicate the time, I'm not sure which had the bigger effect but I did a 6 day fast, one day dry and five days water only and after recovering I started walking 10-17km a day in nature. After I began the daily walks (rain, hail or shine) my BMs became effortless and super consistent. I was walking daily whilst I had some time off work for a few weeks, but even after returning to work and not walking as much the benefit has remained. I was taking cascara on and off for years, probably over 5 years and came off it pretty easily. I had to rely on it heavily after a 7 month stint in a mouldy rental property which messed up my digestion and elimination. My diet is quite varied- lots of eggs (5-6 a day), yogurt/kefir, butter, rye sourdough, fruits, meat, honey, kimchi, carrots, low oxalate greens. Sometimes rice or oats, I've mostly cut out nuts and seeds. I've ordered some of Global Healings Oxy-powder for the days that I might miss a BM, expensive stuff but better for the system compared to cascara.

    I started taking colustrum this year in March, I think. Taking half a tea spoon at night with some milk or warm water and a tea spoon of butter. At first I felt sick for like 2 weeks. After that for the next month, i had clumps of white biofilm in my stool every day (Well, at leqst thats what I think it was). I still have some up to now, but its way less. Tbh, i wanna up the dosage, but it's a bit expensive. And since i have to import it, it's even morr when considering shipping cost and taxes.
